Job Description
Growing concern seeks your 3yrs export related ships agency experience. Purpose of the role is to co-ordinate cargo bookings to vessel between client, Sales and Operations. Key responsibilities are to prepare and distribute vessel forecasts, check hazardous / reefer / transshipment information / special stowage / cargo weights, working within the tonnage allocation and work within the instructions as advised by the vessel planners. Experience in extracting booking lists, empty container releases and stack reports and compile cargo readiness formats for distribution essential to secure this role, including knowledge of Sailing Schedules and compiling the list of Import & Export voyages each month for stats.
